Eligibility for Exchange

We are pleased to offer exchanges for most items, provided they are the same product or color. However, please note that engraved or custom-made items can only be exchanged or refunded in the event of a manufacturer’s fault.

To expedite your exchange, you have two convenient options:

  1. New Order: Place a new order for the replacement items and return the unsuitable items for a refund.
  2. Online Exchange System: Use our online exchange system to initiate the exchange process. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll promptly dispatch the replacements.

International Exchanges

For international exchanges, please purchase a replacement item in a new order and return the unsuitable items for a refund.

Combined Orders

Take advantage of the flexibility to combine the replacement item with any other purchases, ensuring cost-effective shipping for the combined order.

Include the order number, reason for return, and indicate whether the item is faulty.

Refund Policy

While we strive to offer a refund policy for most items, engraved or custom-made items are eligible for a refund only in cases of manufacturer’s faults.

Return Timeframe

Buyers are required to return goods within 10 days of receiving the order, with an extended period of 15 days after Christmas for purchases made during the festive season.

Condition of Returned Goods

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition, with all tags and labels intact and securely attached. To expedite processing time and facilitate your exchange/refund, please ensure that returned items are odor-free, free from pet hair, neatly folded, and securely wrapped.

International Returns

Buyers returning goods from outside the EU must clearly mark the package and accompanying customs documentation as ‘Returned Goods’ to prevent additional charges during customs clearance.
